The DAL Group are delighted to welcome the experienced head of Graham Hadley to the Groups drainage division DALROD UK.
Graham joins The DAL Group having already enjoyed plenty of success in the drainage industry. He worked for nine years as the Regional Manager of a competitor drainage company at their depot in St Neots.
He joined his previous employer when it’d been open for two and a half years, with Mark Reed, who also now works for The DAL Group. The pair worked together for several years and are now reunited at The DAL Group. Within his time at the company, Graham took the business into profit in the first month he was there and continued to improve and expand the business. He managed around 17 staff members who together generated a turnover of around £1.2 million.
After 9 years, Graham joined a Cambridge based company working as a Co-Ordinator within the industrial arm of the business. He was quickly promoted to Operations Manager, to increase and improve the industrial division of the business. He was in the position for 18 months and accomplishing his objective of the company being in a better position than when he started.
Graham has known Dave Lane, owner of The DAL Group, for many years. Dave knows what Graham achieved in the drainage industry and was always an admirer of his work.
Graham said: “I left my previous position in search of a new challenge, so I contacted Dave and the rest is history! I’m looking forward to getting started at The DAL Group. I’ll be looking into the key accounts across the UK, working closely with Mark and Business Development Manager Bryan Lord gaining more key accounts to our already great customer base, and in turn strengthen our franchisees.
“There’s plenty to look at and so much potential. I’m looking forward to working with the team and helping grow the franchisee’s businesses. It’s a brilliant challenge. I did a good job at my previous employers but drainage is what I really know and I’m confident I’ll be a good asset to The DAL Group team!” Graham concluded
