DALROD MK launched in 2017 by two very hardworking and ambitious individuals; Dale Jowett and Colin Mackman. Before launching the new franchise in 2017, both Dale and Colin enjoyed successful careers within DALROD Peterborough’s Service Centre before deciding to put their skills into running their own franchise.
Both Dale and Colin looked into the franchise business opportunity, which enabled them both to make the most of their drainage knowledge and business managerial experiences. What was important to both of the gentlemen, was the importance to work with a business which was trusted, had a great reputation and a solid proven franchise model.
From the outset, Dale and Colin had a clear plan on how to develop their territory by following the DALROD model, this entailed speaking to as many businesses within their area as possible to gain new business. They have invested a lot of thought and time into growing and delivering for their franchise.

Dale and Colin have ambitious plans to increase the number of technicians and vehicles, having already recently added a second Combination Vacuum Tanker to their ever-increasing fleet. The duo expects to grow revenue to over £1 million by 2020, due to undertaking larger projects and more complexed jobs. DALROD MK have a mission to become the most trusted drainage and sewer renovation organisation in the Milton Keynes area, and they are well on their way to achieving this.
